Refinances: We require documents returned by Friday 8 December 2024 to allow 10 days discharge from the existing lender.
Purchases: We require documents returned by Friday 15 December 2024 to allow for certification and settlement booked by Friday 22 December 2024.
For full discharges we require Discharge Authorities prior to Friday 8 December 2024.

New applications submitted on the 24 and 31 of December 2024, may not be assessed until the next business day, as we're closed from 1.00 pm (AEDT).
We’ll be taking bookings between 27 - 31 December 2024 but there will be limited capacity to complete in these 3 days. This is dependent on acceptance from third parties, including outgoing lenders and the seller’s solicitors.
