We have made numerous improvements to our commercial credit policy.

At Connective Advance we're commercial loan specialists, focused on self-employed, PAYG and commercial property investors who utilise the full span of simple through to complex lending structures.

Over recent months we've been talking with brokers and taking on board feedback, and as a result we have reviewed and enhanced important elements of our lending policies.

Last week we let you know about a range of simplified residential credit policy changes, and today I'm pleased to let you know that we have followed suit with numerous improvements to our commercial credit policy.

• We have removed the requirement for a borrower to provide evidence for the purpose of cash out/equity release;
• There is no longer a minimum asset requirement for our residential and commercial SMSF loan products;
• Mid Doc supporting serviceability requirements have been broadened and borrowers can now provide a statement of self-certified income supported by one of the following six options:
  • accountant’s letter, or
  • last 2 x BAS statements, or
  • last 6 months trading bank account statements or
  • 1 year tax return & NOA or
  • 1-year financial statement or
  • 1 year tax return & NOA plus 1-year financial statement (discount applies)
• We have increased our Line of Credit (LOC) limit to $1M with no evidence requirement. Please note this improved solution supersedes our Flexi Loan product which has been retired and is no longer available.
