We're excited to let you know that we have partnered with NextGen to launch ApplyOnline for all residential and residential SMSF applications from Tuesday 30 January, 2024.
With ApplyOnline having the most significant reach through Australia’s broker community, and with 100 percent of our business being broker-driven, the collaboration is a positive step for Connective Advance and for brokers.
You will be able to submit applications through ApplyOnline via Mercury Nexus. Along with the standard ApplyOnline Lodgement functionality, we have also implemented Access Seeker and NextGen ID to simplify the application process, enabling you to save valuable time, minimise rework, and expedite loan approvals.
During the supporting docs process you will be asked to provide a copy of the postcode calculator results, we have added functionality to our website which allows you to create a PDF which you can upload.
While we understand that the majority of brokers are well-versed in using ApplyOnline, we've included direct links to online support resources below, just in case you need a quick refresher.
