We're excited to announce a special interest rate offer on our Residential Mid Doc product!
Things you should know:
- The offer is available for new loans from 3 June until 30 September 2024.
- Borrower must take out a Residential Mid Doc Loan in combination with an investor Residential Mid Doc Loan.
- Special interest rate of 7.49% is applied to both loans.
- Investor loading is waived.
- Loading of 0.25% applies to Interest Only payment types.
- Loading of 0.20% applies to loans > $2M.
Recent changes to remember:
- LVR on loan amounts up to $2.0M has increased to 80%.
- LVR on loan amounts between $2.0M to $2.5M has increased to 75%.
- For metro areas across WA, SA, Tas, ACT and extended metro the maximum loan amount for a single property has increased to $2.0M.
