The broker called the Scenario Hotline to discuss income requirements for a couple, where one of the applicants worked for their partner’s business.
The underwriter assured the broker that we would accept his client’s PAYG payslips and we would just need his individual Tax Returns and NOA. Following this, the underwriter explained that we would also require self-employed / Alt-Doc income verification from the business owner as she was the secondary applicant.
All the required income documents were provided at submission, with the application being passed onto the underwriting team and conditionally approved on the same day.
