In case you missed it, we’re offering promotional rates with a discount of up to 0.50% for some Prime, Near Prime and Specialist loans.
These revised rates are available for new customers who apply between 25 August and 31 October 2023. To get your customers closer to their goals, we’re pleased to offer:
Prime Full Doc: 6.59% p.a. for loans ≤75% LVR - a decrease of 0.35-0.50%
Prime Alt Doc: 6.99% p.a. for loans ≤70% LVR - a decrease of 0.20%
Specialist Full Doc: 8.19% p.a. for loans >70% up to 75% LVR - a decrease of 0.45%; and 9.49% p.a. for loans >80% up to 85% LVR - a decrease of 0.20%

Have you called our Scenario Hotline yet? We encourage our valued broker network to call the Scenario Hotline on 13 25 83 to get immediate access to an experienced underwriter to discuss their customer’s situations, so they have deal certainty before submission.
We’ve received over 2,500 calls since launching the Scenario Hotline in February. For example, here’s how we helped an existing customer with refinancing and cash-out after a business loss-making year.
Recently, we were able to help a customer with a unique situation. He had recently transitioned from a sole trader to a company structure, was looking to refinance his home, and seeking cash out for a car and home renovations. The customer was an existing Prime borrower with a Full Doc loan. His company made a loss in the 2022 financial year. His broker contacted the Scenario Hotline to discuss how best to refinance the loan internally and get cash out. Find out how we were able to assist below:
"Having carefully considered the customer’s situation, our underwriter advised the broker to apply for our Prime Alt Doc product, enabling the customer to refinance the property by switching from Full Doc to Alt Doc. Once submitted, we were able to unconditionally approve the customer’s application to refinance, moving him toward his plans for a new car and renovations.
Happy customer, happy broker”.
