Following a number of policy improvements late 2023, we have released an optimised 3-page Customer Declaration Form, which replaces the previous 11-page Supplementary Form.
Requiring less information (and reading) than previously required, the release of the new document will take some burden off the applicant, particularly for Ált Doc applicants, and will assist in improving assessment time for applications.
The new form is live now and can be found in the Mercury Nexus Research app, under documents for Connective Elevate.
