Good news! Connective Essentials, has been progressively moving to a case management model which is providing a simpler and faster experience for you and your customers.
You now have a single point of contact at every step of the home loan process, from credit assessment through to settlement. Even post settlement activity, such as construction progress payments and discharge requests are now case managed too!
As your customer’s application progresses through each stage, you’ll receive an email or phone call to let you know who your dedicated case manager is. This person will be your primary point of contact throughout that phase of the journey, and you’ll have their contact details should you have questions or need support.
