From pre-application credit support, personalised service from a dedicated case manager, real time updates at your fingertips via our Preferred Lender portal and our consistently brilliant service levels - which are currently at one business day!

And as we approach the end of the year, it’s important to be able to provide certainty to customers. Our key support teams, including our Credit Assessors and Customer Contact Centre will only close on the following national public holidays:

• Wednesday 25 December 2024
• Thursday 26 December 2024
• Wednesday 1 January 2025

And remember, our Customer Contact Centre recently extended their opening hours to now be available to support you and your customers from 8am to 8pm (AEDT), Monday to Friday.

• a team of highly experienced credit officers and credit coaches,
• expert advice and upfront exceptions,
• greater confidence in the outcome before you submit an application,
• email and outbound phone calls where more information is required,
• a quick answer and a scenario reference number to use when submitting the application (where an exemption has been provided).

How to contact our Scenarios team 

• If you need clarification on a policy, email our Scenarios team at Advantedge.Scenario@advantedge.com.au
• If you need help with an exception to policy for a scenario outside of our guidelines, email a credit coach at mycreditcoach@advantedge.com.au

Reminders

• When submitting the application, ensure you provide a copy of any email from the Scenarios team (if an exemption has been approved) and/or the reference number.
• All policy exceptions are subject to the application passing the system decision criteria when the full application is submitted.
• All applications are subject to a full credit assessment.

Our outstanding service through to settlement - and beyond!

Once you’ve lodged a Connective Essentials application, you’ll be assigned a case manager at every step of the process until settlement, providing you more personalised service and a point of contact for support and updates.

You can also use our Preferred Lender portal - a simple self-service tool where you can check status updates, outstanding items and post-settlement information.

Here’s what brokers love about Preferred Lender:

• View notes in real time from our Verification and Credit teams.
• See what’s remaining to be addressed on an application and pro-actively follow up any outstanding documents.
• Access your customers’ post-settlement information such as their next loan repayment, BPAY details and BSB and account number.
• View interest rate information and download home loan statements.

Accessing Preferred Lender

1. Go to the Advantedge website at www.advantedge.com.au
2. Click the ‘Mortgage Brokers’ drop down and select ‘Preferred Lenders access’
3. Click ‘Login to the Preferred Lenders website’
