Connective Select has reduced new business fixed rates, effective Tuesday 20 February 2024 across all owner-occupied and investment products.

Removal of Company and Trust Offering

We wish to advise after reviewing our current offering, we will not be accepting new Company and Trust borrowers/applications under Connective Select from Thursday 29 February 2024.

In-flight applications

• New applications must be received by 29 February 2024 with all supporting documentation, if to be assessed under Connective Select.
• Any AIPs issued will be honoured up to 2 months of issue for formal approval.
• All formal approvals are required to settle within 2 months of issue.

Please note additional lending and conversions remain available for existing customers, provided there is no change to borrowers or security (lending criteria and assessment applies – new or additional securities not acceptable).
