We are placing priority on purchase, re-finance and re-finance/purchase equity transactions. As a result, we will be temporarily suspending the assessment of AIP's in the short term to manage our service levels to you and for your customers.
An AIP is an application solely for a purchase where a property has not been identified.
We will be assessing workflows on a weekly basis, and I will keep you informed as to when we will start accepting AIP's again.
All current AIP's submitted up to close of business 07/03/23 will be assessed within our current SLA's, however all AIP's submitted post this date will be referred back to the originating broker by an email and phone call from our Connective Select QC team.
