Until 31 Dec 2022 (subject to change), we are running a new business campaign by waiving the Application and Settlement Fees (valued at $498) on sub 80 variable rate (P&I) owner occupied lending. The fee waiver extends to qualifying variable rate applications with fixed rate splits.
All qualifying applications submitted from 7 October 2022 will be eligible for the reduction in the Application and Settlement Fees.
This offer “excludes” bridging and construction applications.
Valuation fees to be waived
Effective 14 November 2022 will be waiving valuations fees* for your Connective Select customers.
For single security applications:
$0 Valuation fee to be charged
Applicable for all valuation types (AVM, Short form etc.)
For multiple security applications:
$0 valuation fee to be charged on x1 security (Connective Select will cover most expensive)
Additional valuations required will be paid for by the customer(s)
Applicable for all valuation types (AVM, Short Form etc.)
Includes Bridging and Construction applications
The changes are applicable for both new customers and existing customer looking for additional lending on a new loan facility.
