Please be aware of assessment SLA before submitting urgent new applications to Select leading up to Christmas holiday period (current SLA’s can be obtained from Select Assist on ph: 1300 738 336).
However, with settlements, due to the Public Holiday on Monday 25th December and Tuesday 26th December 2023, any settlements scheduled on Wednesday 27th December 2023 will need to have the certifications sent from MSA by 12 noon (CST) on Friday 22nd December.
Funds will then be sent on Friday 22nd December for Wednesday settlements.

We wish to advise that from 1 November 2023, the Connective Select branded mobile banking app, will not be available for download via the Google Play Store for Android OS 12 and above.
What are the customer impacts?
Existing Connective Select customers who have already downloaded the mobile banking app will not be affected unless they delete the app and attempt to redownload after 1 November 2023.
New and existing Connective Select customer on Android 12 or above will not be able to access the mobile banking app via the Google Play Store if the app has not already been downloaded before 1 November. The mobile app will only be available to download on Android 11 OS or lower.
How can customers access their account online?
Customers will still be able to access online banking through their mobile web browser, which is mobile and tablet compatible. The web browser version enables greater functionality compared to the mobile app, and customers can bookmark and save to their home screen for fast and easy access (it will look like an app).
Please note: New and existing customers who are iPhone users will not be affected.
