Effective immediately, we have updated our credit scenario template (form) and implemented a new process when seeking a Credit Policy exception.
All pre-submission scenario and exception requests, now require completion of our new Credit Scenarios and Exception Request form.
When requesting an exception, please complete all relevant details on the form and send by email to your CHL BDM.
Our Credit Decision team will reply with their answer and provide authorisation if applicable. If credit exception granted, remember to upload complete template authority with your loan support documents at submission with appropriate notes to raise awareness for assessment.
The new form has been attached for your convenience and please update your records accordingly.
